The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the
bill, beginning on page one, by striking out the title of the bill
in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read
as follows:
"A BILL to amend the code of West Virginia,1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §60A-4-412,
relating to establishing that production, manufacture,
distribution or possession of hallucinogenic plants, in
particular the Salvia divinorum is unlawful."
